Postpartum Support

The days and weeks after birth can be beautiful, overwhelming, joyful, exhausting, and everything in between.

As a postpartum doula, I am here to offer a sense of ease and support as you find your footing in this new chapter of your life. Whether I am preparing meals for your family, caring for your baby while you rest, or helping you navigate the many questions that arise in early parenthood, I strive to meet you exactly where you are.

I have over 12 years of experience caring for newborns and infants, and I have gone through DONA-certified Postpartum Doula training. I have supported many families through the postpartum period, and I bring a presence that is grounded, loving, and nonjudgmental. I am committed to supporting your own preferences and decisions when it comes to parenting: I believe that YOU know best when it comes to caring for your baby.

I am honored to be welcomed into this special time of your life!
